Compare Chart
The Compare Chart will compare all the foods in the Compare menu in much the same way that the Nutrition Information Chart shows the nutrition of a specific food.
Much like the Nutrition Information chart, you can change the way RDA's show (and what the actual RDA amounts are) through the options menu.
If you want to summarize nutrition information in a more visually memorable way, click View RDI Graph.
