Serving Size
A food's nutritional information is normally based on 100g of that food. However, you can customize this to many common measurements. To do that, click the blue select box and change it to those measurements. The nutrition information will update automatically.
You can also customize this further to specific amounts (say, 3tbsp, or 60.5 grams, or whatever). To do that, click "Customize":
This will then separate the measurement from the measurement units. You can change the measurement to whatever you want and continue to use the blue select box to change measurement units. Whichever changes you make here will be reflected automatically in the nutritional information below.
